One Track, More Ways to Haul: Putting L-Track to Work This Fall

One Track, More Ways to Haul: Putting L-Track to Work This Fall

October means a change of gear.

Around here, fall can mean hunting season and elk camp, but it also means finishing up firewood, hauling chainsaws and tools, getting in those last UTV rides, preparing property for winter and getting equipment where it needs to go before the snow flies.

And all of that involves hauling stuff.

Coolers and camp gear one weekend. Chainsaws and fuel cans the next. Tools, totes, firewood equipment or a UTV loaded up for a day in the woods.

The load changes—which is exactly why we like a tie-down system that can change with it.

Tie-Down Points Where You Actually Need Them

One of the biggest advantages of L-Track is flexibility.

Traditional fixed tie-down points are useful, but you're limited to wherever they're installed. L-Track lets you position your fittings along the rail to better match what you're carrying.

Hauling a large cooler? Move the anchor points to fit it.

Taking chainsaws, fuel cans and tools out for a day of cutting firewood? Reposition them.

Packing the UTV for hunting season? Change the setup again.

Instead of trying to make your load fit your tie-down points, your tie-down points can fit your load.

Full-Length Track or Just a Few Anchor Points?

Not every setup needs the same solution.

If you regularly haul different-sized loads in a trailer, truck or UTV, a longer section of L-Track gives you plenty of options for positioning your tie-down fittings exactly where you need them.

But sometimes you don't need an entire rail.

If you know you need a solid tie-down point in a particular spot, an individual L-Track anchor plate can give you the same convenience of a removable L-Track fitting without installing full-length track.

That means you can build the setup around how you use your equipment.

Full-length track in the trailer. A few strategically placed anchor points in the truck. Custom-fit rails on the UTV.

There's no reason every application has to look the same.

Built for the Jobs Fall Brings

Fall has a way of putting trucks, trailers and UTVs to work.

For some people, that's loading the Can-Am or Polaris with packs, coolers, ammo boxes and everything needed for hunting season.

For others, it's a trailer full of chainsaws, fuel cans, tools and equipment for finishing the year's firewood.

And then there are those last camping trips, fall trail rides, property projects and the seemingly endless list of things that need to happen before winter.

A versatile tie-down system makes all of those jobs a little easier.

Your setup might be securing:

  • Chainsaws, fuel cans and firewood equipment

  • Coolers, totes and camping gear

  • Hunting packs and ammo boxes

  • Wall tents, sleeping bags and camp kitchens

  • Tools and recovery gear

  • Equipment in a truck or trailer

  • Gear in your Polaris or Can-Am UTV

The important part isn't what you're hauling. It's knowing it's secured before you head down the road or up the trail.

Install It Once. Use It All Year.

That's probably our favorite thing about L-Track.

October might have you hauling firewood equipment and hunting gear. A few months from now, it could be snowmobiles and winter gear. Come spring and summer, the same system is ready for motorcycles, ATVs, camping equipment, race cars, coolers or whatever else you're taking along.

At No Worries Mfg., we make our L-Track from 6061-T6 aluminum and offer different track profiles, lengths and tie-down options so you can put together a system that works for the way you actually haul.

Because a good tie-down setup shouldn't dictate what you can carry.

Load what you need. Secure it where it makes sense. And get going.

That's what we call a No Worries transport.
