Meet Our Head of Security & Wiggle Operations: Aspen!

Welcome to On Track with Aspen, where you'll get a look at life at No Worries MFG from the perspective of the team member with four paws, endless kisses, and absolutely no interest in attending meetings.

While the rest of the team is busy fabricating and welding at the metal shop, our most energetic remote employee is working hard from home. Meet Aspen, a 4-year-old Boxer with a passion for workplace wellness and a master's degree in tail-wagging (short and fast)!

As our official Head of Security & Wiggle Operations, Aspen takes her responsibilities very seriously. Her daily routine involves monitoring perimeter activity (watching from lookout rock) maintaining peak office morale through high-speed wiggles whenever a team member walks into the room.

Her Favorite WFH Hobby

When she isn't actively securing the premises, Aspen can be found practicing her absolute favorite work-from-home hobby: strategic sunning.

She positions herself perfectly on her elevated Coolaroo bed, catching the best sunbeams of the day. While it might look like she is just napping, Aspen assures us she is actually deep in thought, brainstorming her next big assignment (or just dreaming about treats).

Supporting the Metal Shop from Afar

You won't catch Aspen walking the shop floor—with all those sharp metal shavings around, safety comes first! She keeps her paws safe at home, but she is still an essential part of the fabrication pipeline.

Someone has to keep an eye on things while the humans are busy making shavings.

Her Next Major Assignments

Aspen's calendar is packed. Her current critical directives include:

• Logistics Management: Waiting anxiously on her lookout rock for material shipments from her absolute favorite vendors.

• Intruder Alert System: Ensuring the perimeter stays completely clear of workplace disruptors—specifically, local turkeys attempting to trespass on company time.

• Product Testing: Lending her expertise to the occasional No Worries MFG idea that needs to be tested by someone with four paws and very high standards.

We are incredibly lucky to have Aspen keeping the remote side of our metal shop joyful, secure, and thoroughly entertained!

On Track with Aspen will follow our four-legged team member beyond her demanding office duties—from road trips and outdoor adventures to behind-the-scenes life at No Worries MFG.

We'll share some of the places she goes, the trouble she gets into, and maybe even a few products inspired by the adventures and everyday problems we encounter along the way.
